The ZN90 pulse damper is specifically designed to address the pulsation characteristics of peristaltic pumps. It is a pressurized container divided into two chambers, with the upper chamber filled with air. Thanks to the compressibility of the air, the damper can instantly absorb pressure pulses, resulting in a more stable flow and pressure throughout the system. This helps to significantly reduce pulsation in the tubing line.
